Hello, I’m Renzel, the Virtual Assistant at Turquoise Travel LLC. When I first started working in the travel industry, I never realized just how exciting and fun it could be. Every day feels like I’m a child discovering something new—places I never knew existed, cultures with stories I’d never heard, and experiences that constantly spark my curiosity. What began as an interest has grown into a true passion.

Now, I get to carry that same sense of wonder forward, often inspired by the incredible travel stories our CEO shares with me. Listening to her adventures makes me realize how vast and beautiful the world truly is, and it motivates me to help others create journeys that will one day become their own unforgettable stories.

At Turquoise Travel, my role goes beyond traditional travel planning. I manage our social media platforms, edit and refine content, and serve as the creator of our website, making sure it reflects the beauty and excitement of travel. I also design detailed travel guides, build personalized itineraries, and craft inspiring landing pages that help travelers dream, plan, and book with ease. Whether it’s curating digital content or shaping real-life adventures, I pour my heart into creating experiences that feel effortless, inspiring, and unforgettable.

What I love most about working in the travel industry is the human connection. It’s not just about helping families, couples, groups, or solo travelers—it’s also about hearing their stories, which fuel my motivation to one day explore the places I’ve always dreamed of visiting. I also have the privilege of working with a wonderful Founder, Heather, who is both understanding and generous. I’m truly grateful every day to be part of her vision and to learn from her inspiring leadership.

My ultimate goal is to continue growing with Turquoise Travel and to be part of building a trusted space where travelers not only plan their trips, but also find inspiration. I want to show that travel doesn’t have to be stressful or overwhelming—it can be smooth, enriching, and full of joy when guided with care.

As for my own dream destination, it has always been Alaska. The reason? Since my country that i lived in is a tropical country i never experience snow or super cold weather and by just hearing the story and what i have learned on creating guides and content alaska has wide range of animals and view i wish to see. One day, I hope to experience it firsthand, not only to fulfill my own travel dream but also to bring back stories and inspiration to carry with me forever.
