Kelly Raybell
I’m the Executive Assistant here at Turquoise Travel and a lifelong resident of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I bring a unique blend of experience to my role, with an extensive background in medical office administration and years of customer service expertise. The organization, attention to detail, and people-first skills I developed in those fields play a big part in how I support our business today—ensuring that every client feels cared for, listened to, and valued.
As a trained pianist, I also find joy in the rhythm and harmony of both everyday life and the adventures that travel brings.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom to two amazing kids (ages 13 and 6). Our family loves making memories together—whether we’re exploring new destinations or spending cozy weekends at home with our two beloved standard poodles, Sebastian and Brutus. I’m a passionate animal lover, and our dogs are truly part of the family.
I also have a deep love for cooking and baking, which I connect closely to travel. For me, food is a journey of its own—every dish tells a story, every recipe reflects a culture, and every shared meal has the power to bring people together just like travel does. My cinnamon rolls and apple pies are always in high demand, and I love experimenting with new flavors and techniques inspired by places near and far.
We’ve been fortunate to travel to China, the Bahamas, Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, and many incredible places across the U.S.—and we’re dreaming of Europe for our next big adventure.
One of the things I value most about my role is working alongside my sister, Heather, the Founder of Turquoise Travel. Together, we make a great team—her vision and creativity, paired with my support, organizational skills, and customer service experience, allow us to bring so much heart to everything we do.
Whether I’m planning a client’s perfect getaway, experimenting with travel-inspired recipes, or road-tripping with my family, I believe life is best lived with curiosity, heart, and a healthy dose of wanderlust.
